Cancellation Policy

Participant Acknowledgment and Agreement: By participating in events at SKIDZ ADS UK, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the SKIDZ ADS UK Standing Regulations and any Supplementary Regulations issued for the event. Health and Competency Declaration: I affirm that I am both physically and mentally capable of participating in the event and possess the necessary skills for such participation. Risk Acknowledgment: I recognize the inherent risks involved in the event, including those that may arise due to the negligence of the organizers or officials. I willingly accept these risks as part of my decision to engage in this high-risk activity. Insurance and Liability: I understand that the insurance provided by the event organizers does not cover liability between participants. I acknowledge that this agreement may be presented as evidence in legal proceedings, indicating my awareness of the risks involved. Medical Information Consent: I permit the sharing of any medical information related to injuries I might sustain at these events with all medical services and the Clerk of the Course. Personal Data Consent: I consent to the collection and retention of my personal data by the IOPD and SKIDZ ADS UK for marketing and event-related purposes. Vehicle Compliance and Eligibility: I confirm that the vehicle(s) I will use, as detailed below, are appropriate and properly equipped for the event. I also confirm my eligibility to compete using these vehicles. Legal Compliance for Public Roads: If any part of the event occurs on public roads, I ensure that my vehicle(s) are insured as mandated by the Road Traffic Acts or equivalent legislation and comply with all relevant regulations. Responsibility for Borrowed Items: I accept responsibility for any items borrowed from the Organizers during the event, including safety gear, transponders, and accessories. I understand that I am liable for the replacement cost of any lost or unreturned items, and failure to replace or pay for these items may impact my participation in future events. Eligibility and Suspension Status: I confirm that I am not currently suspended from participating in IOPD permitted events
